While developing the urban organization of space, the principle of “semi-open” block was used, which allows to make the park area a compositional center of the development. This approach has already been tested in other residential complexes designed by our company, and will be a comfortable environment for communication between residents.
The inner park zone provides for the arrangement of preschool education institutions, playgrounds and sports grounds, running and bicycle paths on its territory.
The residential complex is designed for 1,400 apartments, on the upper floors there are two-level apartments with private terraces.
The newly created quarter is full of various service facilities: supermarket, office and commercial premises, underground and above-ground parking, which adds convenience.
