“Riyana Club” is our new project situated on the banks of the Dnipro River, in a location that was previously exclusively used for yacht and boat mooring and storage. We have designed this complex to transform it into a unique destination for the comfortable leisure of yacht club members and guests.
With a vision to develop the area, we have created a hotel complex comprising of 30 apartments, each offering captivating views of the water expanse and equipped with private parking spaces.
The ground floor of the complex features a luxurious reception hall and a spa center with an indoor pool, where visitors can indulge in the luxury of panoramic views and relaxation. Additionally, the complex boasts an outdoor pool and a restaurant, catering to the needs of guests and enthusiasts of strolling along the public waterfront.
We have not only focused on creating comfortable interior spaces but also providing captivating leisure opportunities on its rooftop. Guests can enjoy a harmonious atmosphere, engage in yoga on a special panoramic platform, unwind in the open-air pool, or savor panoramic vistas from the rooftop garden with a summer cafe.
Now, yacht club members can relish in leisure not only on the water but also on land, thanks to “Riyana Club.”
