Inspired by the world-famous Central Park in New York, we re-realized the traditional system of quarter formation. We managed to implement the open interior space principle to make the park a compositional development center.   There are a school and a kindergarten on the territory of the residential complex. The close location of educational institutions saves time for residents — you do not have to spend an hour or more to take children to class in the morning. Much attention was paid to family and active recreation areas with running, cycling and theme parks. The courtyard is formed on the principle of “yard without cars”.  Thirteen residential buildings have a distinctive location, so the maximum number of panoramic windows overlooks the right bank’s views.
